Antique 15 carat gold diopside longuard rope chain with slider

We have a lovely heavier weight 15 carat gold antique Victorian ropelink longuard or muff chain with an antique slider clasp, just ready and perfect for an antique pendant, or to wear on its own. This length of chain is perfect for wearing as a double or even triple strand by using the slider to fasten.
In excellent condition this chain is 54inches or 137cm length, and measures 2.5mm in width across the links. There is a ring half way along the lngth of the chain that could be used with a dog clip to attach charms or pendants.
It is confirmed by our goldsmith as 15 carat gold, is marked 15ct on a panel and is that lovely shade of patinated antique gold. It weighs a total of 21.6grams, and the links sit well with no kinks or damage, just minor wear appropriate to its age.
We have cleaned and lightly polished this so that it is ready to wear. It is suitable to wear with a pendant but is substantial enough to wear as a necklace on its own being of solid construction.
