The ring band is made from 14 carat white gold and is marked 14k. The opal is very vibrant with a good play of colour, including the sought after red. The stone has a white base colour with flecks of blue, green, purple and red, most likely sourced from the Coober Pedy region in Australia.
This impressive opal is held in place by four claw settings with an open back. The ring is in excellent condition with no damage.
