A dainty and eye catching Victorian antique buttercup daisy diamond ring. This gorgeous ring dates to 1900 and is set in 18 carat gold.
 
The head of the ring holds 7 x 1.5mm sparkly old cut diamonds in a setting. The diamonds are of good colour and clarity giving plenty of sparkle and the illusion of a single large stone. The head of the ring measures 9mm in diameter and sits 3.5mm high when worn.
 
The ring is fully hallmarked with crown 18, Chester assay office and date letter C for 1900. It is quite substantial at a weight of 2.9 grams and would make a lovely vintage engagement or statement ring if you love this era.
