A very pretty Georgian natural pearl brooch set in yellow gold.
 
The pearls are original, and have a natural colour variation of gold and silver tones with a high lustre.
 
The brooch has a crimped colett edge known as a 'pie crust' setting and dates the piece to 1780-1820. The fastening is an older type tube hinge and C clasp.
 
In very good condition commensurate with its age, this is a charming piece. This will be sent by special or international tracked, insured and signed for service.
