Antique Victorian aesthetic design silver locket fern engraved.

This is a stunning antique Victorian sterling silver aesthetic style foliate locket with a kisses design to the front, with fern leaves and the initials AP to the back. All symbols used frequently and with meaning during the Victorian era.
The locket is finely engraved with a detailed fern leaf pattern, a plant much loved by the Victorians, even to the point of 'fern fever' being acknowledged.
The locket drops 60mm in length including the bale, and and is  45mm in length and 36mm in width. A large size weighing 14 grams, it is in good condition for its age, with just some minor dings from wear. 
The inside of the locket is clean and would hold two good size pictures. It also opens and closes easily but crisply.
The locket has no marks at all but has been confirmed as silver, cleaned and polished lightly.
