Antique Victorian aquamarine pearl pansy pendant

Metal: 9 carat gold, originally marked 9ct with maker MB&co.
Gemstones: pearl 2mm. Aquamarine 1.6 carats.
Heart 6x5.5mm, two at 5.5x5mm. Ovals two at 5x3.5mm.

A wonderful aquamarine and seed pearl pendant, with alternating heart shaped petals set in a pansy shape. With the lovely meaning taken from the french je pensee or to think, they would be given to the wearer to mean 'think of me'.
Originally a brooch, it has been converted to a pendant by our goldsmith.
