A glowing antique garnet necklace this dates to the mid victorian era, with 27 floral clusters in closed back settings.
 
The largest central Garnet cluster measures 16mm in diameter with three tiers of gemstones. The remaining clusters are 9mm in diameter. They are all the most gorgeous red tone, with a truly vibrant glow to them and remain in excellent antique condition with no chips.
 
The clasp itself is an antique spring ring.
 
The whole piece is created in 'Garnet Gold' which is a gold composite metal alloy, or low carat Gold.
