Here we have a gorgeous Victorian turquoise set brooch in the shape of a key with a secret! A sliding mechanism hides a propelling pencil.
Dating to the late 1800's the foliate engraved design is set with turquoise cabochon on both sides.
 
The brooch is all gold, with a C pin and tube hinge, and comes in its original antique fitted box which is green leather with gold tooling, and a cream velvet interior.
