A beautiful cushion cut diamond in its original silver crimped collet, open backed 8 claw setting, taken from an early Victorian brooch. This timeless ring has had an 18 carat yellow gold band added by our Goldsmith.
 
The old cut Diamond measures 4.7x4.6mm and is an exquisitely cut stone, that is absolutely mesmerising to look at. 
Of superb clarity, verbally graded as VS and bright G colour, it appears a little darker due to the wonderful patina on the silver setting.
 
The ring is newly fully hallmarked for the London assay office, with our makers mark G&J and date stamped for 2024.
