A very pretty Victorian peridot heart ring, surrounded by seed pearls and with a 9 carat gold shank.
 
The heart is open backed for the light to shine through, and the pearls are fairly white in colour,one looks to be a replacement, although it is well matched. There is some age related surface wear to the table facets of the Peridot. The shank style has split shoulders, and there is subtle evidence of a historic resize and it is a little thin, but suitable for careful wear.
