We have here a stunning and rare Victorian 15 carat yellow gold buckle bangle. The bangle is polished gold with an integral clip clasp and an oval profile. It weighs a total of 6 grams and has an internal width of 56mm by 49mm and opens for easy wear. It will fit a smaller wrist but please measure carefully. The bangle is 2.5mm in diameter and the buckle strap section measures 27 x12mm.
 
There are 16 1.5mm seed pearls set into the buckle, a very romantic symbol in Victorian language of love. It is marked 15ct for 15 carat gold, and has been confirmed as this by our goldsmith. The bangle is in good condition for its age, and fastens firmly with a push in clip clasp. It is hinged to open easily and is slightly oval in shape.
