A very pretty Victorian star ring, set with a vibrant opal and a substantial 18 carat gold band and setting. Created as a unique ring by our Goldsmith with components from an antique brooch.
 
The star is open backed for the light to shine through, and the opal is in very good condition with lovely play of colour across the majority of the surface, with one small area that is more milky.
