The diamonds measure approximately 6 points each, giving a total diamond weight is 48 points or 0.48 of a carat. The diamonds are well matched despite the varying cuts, in good condition, a very good bright colour and good clarity, having been verbally graded VS/SI for clarity and F for colour by our gemmologist.
The ring is a beautiful high carat buttery yellow gold and is stamped 18ct to confirm the gold content. It is quite substantial at a weight of 2.9 grams, the head of the ring spreads over 18mm by 6mm and sits fairly flush at 3mm above the finger when worn.
