Vintage floral large oval silver picture locket

This is a striking very large vintage sterling silver floral locket with an all over floral pattern engraved to the front and a polished back. There is a full UK hallmark to the rear for Birmingham assay office, Maker JS and date letter D for 1978.
The locket measures 50mm in length including the bale, 40mm in width and drops 65mm. A large size weighing 20.7  grams, it is in fair condition for its age, with some small dents to the back and a very slight ding to the front.
The inside of the locket is clean and would hold two good size pictures. It also opens and closes easily but crisply. A lovely locket for around 45 years of age!
