REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds on returns, to customers in the UK, based on the consumer rights act 2015.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within the first 14 days of receiving your goods. You have a further 14 days to return the goods to us, once you have notified us of your intention to return them. We will refund you to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the item back, providing it is in the same condition as it was sent out in, unaltered and undamaged.

We do not offer refunds on packages returned to us due to the non payment of customs fees.

We do not offer refunds on bespoke items, this includes rings altered by sizing.

We do not offer refunds on items purchased through layaway. We may accept an exchange on these items, at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss this.
